I offer thoughtful, attachment-informed therapy for those seeking clarity, emotional balance, and deeper self-understanding. Together, the work focuses on healing from burnout and anxiety, strengthening self-worth, processing grief, and creating healthier, more aligned relationships.
To ensure the best possible care within her areas of focus, I currently work with individual clients aged 14 and older and do not provide couples therapy, addiction services, or court-ordered assessments or treatment. I understands how important it is to find the right fit and is happy to offer referrals to trusted providers when needed.

The cancelation policy is at the discretion of the clinic where services are provided. Please review the clinic cancellation policy when booking your appointment.
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the card on file and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Clients are responsible for confirming their own coverage and eligibility for counselling services with their insurance provider. Direct billing is available for select insurance companies.
